What amazes me is how much they give in their performances. This is a “training video” with nothing around but they dance like it’s the real thing. When you get a chance read the actual subtitles. It takes the song and the MV to a whole new level. You’ll understand the video a lot more. One of the MILLION reasons why I love BTS is the incredible messages they send to the world. About being yourself, loving yourself, not backing down and following your dreams. Fire MV is amazing but what they are saying is even more better!
They do give time/space for singing, but they are subtle and detailed in how they do it. Like the center position dances less-intensively when singing. Or the melodic structure is stacatto - and those stacatto breaks in the smooth melodic flow are breathing moments. Look at the songs' textures. Also, they pass song lines off to each other. It's really rare for the entire group to be singing in unison. It's super teamwork. It's very much like the way you guys work together.

It has been said that they practice singing while on a tredmill. In their concerts that may use a backtrack but the majority of the vocals are live, while they are dancing. They debuted 7 years ago but they trained together 3 years before the debuted so they have been together 10 years, they also live together JK was 13 when he signed to BigHit.. also fun fact they are only Kpop group from 2013 who are still active

What you may not know is that BTS used to practice singjng whilst running on a treadmill when they were trainees. So that they can now sing live for every performance whilst doing incredibly hard dance routines. Also they have an amazing talent for always having a camera ready face , so never showing that they are knackered always smiling,sultry and playful till they get off stage.. Love the channel guys 💜

you guys absolutely have no idea how grand their concerts looks and feel! I hope you both can go to their concert to see how ethereal they look when they perform and whole venue will be dancing with them! trust me I have been to 17 concerts till now and I never seen such a powerful, energetic and blissful concerts ever! its another thing that the tickets to their concerts are pretty hard to get. I once paid $3000 (my whole year's food money) to attend BTS concert!

this song is very powerful in the context of korea's strict school system which frames higher education as the most important goal in life. there is a large number of students who suffer mentally from this pressure and who feel like there is no space to be non-conforming or "a loser" in any way.

Pretty sure BTS is one of if not the only group that debuted in 2013 that is still around. The idol industry has a bit of a "7-year curse" because that's how long typical contracts last but in addition, a lot of groups wind up disbanding or being put on indefinite hiatus because they just do not succeed the way the company wants them too. That is one of the amazing things about the relationship between BTS and their label; even when Big Hit was facing bankruptcy they did not disband BTS or anything like that. They believed in their ability to succeed and look where it got them now.
I know you'll probably already find this out but they're albums are in series of 3 with same theme. You see the order because there will be more songs as it gets to third album 🤩

So US legal drinking age is high compared to many other countries. I remember JK not being allowed to drink in the US even though he been doing it in Korea for years. Legal drinking age in Korea is 19. Also the year/date of the MV's is in the beginning of the MV down on the left, you see 2016.04.28 at 11:38. JK is born '97 and in Korea you are one year old at birth + you turn one year older every new year (not on your birthday). So even though JK is born 1 sept '97 he was 20 years old by korean age when the MV came out april 2016 but in the US he was only 18. I tried to scroll down to see if anyone answered yet but didn't see anything.
You're right Alex. One of the reason American award shows doesn't want to have BTS perform in their award show is because they bring the house down and makes the other performers seem less. They are even better and more passionate live... they do put solo songs and stuff in between some of the high intensity songs but literally they have staff with oxygen tanks waiting as members come down from how hard they go on stage. You will rarely see them falter on stage, but there is footage of them literally collapsing/needing help to walk as soon as they exit stage. They are serious about their performances.

It has been said that they practice singing while on a tredmill. In their concerts that may use a backtrack but the majority of the vocals are live, while they are dancing. What you may not know is that BTS used to practice singjng whilst running on a treadmill when they were trainees. So that they can now sing live for every performance whilst doing incredibly hard dance routines. Also they have an amazing talent for always having a camera ready face , so never showing that they are knackered always smiling,sultry and playful till they get off stage..

you guys absolutely have no idea how grand their concerts looks and feel! I hope you both can go to their concert to see how ethereal they look when they perform and whole venue will be dancing with them! trust me I have been to 17 concerts till now and I never seen such a powerful, energetic and blissful concerts ever! its another thing that the tickets to their concerts are pretty hard to get. I once paid $3000 (my whole year's food money) to attend BTS concert!
They are never the same. Outfits. Songs. Messages. Dance choreo. And they go hard. No matter what they do. Their dance practices are insane. I never get tired of watching them. And they would steal every award show. Can u imagine them performing at the Grammys??! We are all waiting because they deserve it. And they do sing while dancing. Jungkook has one of the most stable voices while dancing and singing in the world. They get taught to sing and dance at the same time. Thad’s why they are trainees for 2-3 or more years before they debut.

this song is very powerful in the context of korea's strict school system which frames higher education as the most important goal in life. there is a large number of students who suffer mentally from this pressure and who feel like there is no space to be non-conforming or "a loser" in any way.

14:03 its from the 2016 Album, The most beautiful moment in life: young forever. Me and Namjoon are the same age so 2016 most of them are already in their 20s. Namjoon and hobi i think 22, Jin 24, suga 23, Jimin and Taehyung 21 and jungkook would be 19 yeard old on the MV.
In Korea, the legal age to drink is 20. However, they are actually 19 in US because in Korea, when the baby is born, they are already 1 year old.
I am hoping for you to watch and react to their dance practices just like how you watch all their mvs from the very beginning to their new mvs. You need to react to their dance practice of their first ever mv/song until you reach to their recent songs and its dance practices and see how they really evolved so much all these years from those things. I really hope ypu do that too when you react to their dance practices. I will be waiting~ 💓

Pretty sure BTS is one of if not the only group that debuted in 2013 that is still around. The idol industry has a bit of a "7-year curse" because that's how long typical contracts last but in addition, a lot of groups wind up disbanding or being put on indefinite hiatus because they just do not succeed the way the company wants them too. That is one of the amazing things about the relationship between BTS and their label; even when Big Hit was facing bankruptcy they did not disband BTS or anything like that. They believed in their ability to succeed and look where it got them now.
I know you'll probably already find this out but they're albums are in series of 3 with same theme. You see the order because there will be more songs as it gets to third album 🤩

So US legal drinking age is high compared to many other countries. I remember JK not being allowed to drink in the US even though he been doing it in Korea for years. Legal drinking age in Korea is 19.
Also the year/date of the MV's is in the beginning of the MV down on the left, you see 2016.04.28 at 11:38. JK is born '97 and in Korea you are one year old at birth + you turn one year older every new year (not on your birthday). So even though JK is born 1 sept '97 he was 20 years old by korean age when the MV came out april 2016 but in the US he was only 18.

They are even better and more passionate live... they do put solo songs and stuff in between some of the high intensity songs but literally they have staff with oxygen tanks waiting as members come down from how hard they go on stage. You will rarely see them falter on stage, but there is footage of them literally collapsing/needing help to walk as soon as they exit stage. They are serious about their performances.

Jimin is far left wearing a red cap, He's got long trousers and darker Timberlands. The way I notice him is by the way he dances. He's very fluid with his torso and hip area. Hobi is far right in the back wearing shorts and white shoes.

Fire came out about the time when they filmed bon voyage season one in Scandinavia (hard recommend) and there you see them drink on camera for the first time because JK had become legal or something like that (bon voyage season 3 is the highlight of drunk bts though, they get completely wasted and JK buskes in the streets) - oh you should watch the edit "drunk bts is the best bts" btw, it's very funny :))
