If you stop to think about it, given what was said about the Titans in "Godzilla: King of the Monsters," that the mission of the Titans is to protect Earth, then it's only natural for the Titans to fight Thanos and his forces. After all, Thanos has proudly declared that he's going to completely destroy our "stubborn, annoying little planet," and Godzilla and the other Titans showing up to fight him alongside the Avengers is the perfect response of Earth's giant-sized defenders. Besides, I'd love to see Godzilla blast Thanos with his nuclear fire breath, and then have Kong pick him up and bite his head off. After all, "you should have gone for the head." 😆
