im not albanian im not danish but i have to say if im born in denmark my mother comes from denmark and i only speak danish and english i dont even look like an albanian (like rene redzepi) he was really cuccesfull with his restaurant in denmark... for me he is danish no question
These kind of reactions are not paying much respect to chef Redzepi, trying to pin him down to a nationality, clearly his dishes are crossing borders, it,s about time you do the same.
