    Love seeing these new 500s everytime I see them in your videos. I'm sure the 1000 could've left you in dust, but he also could've wrapped it around a tree too, you stayed with him fine. Trail speed is trail speed, common sense has to play a part. Shit happens quick, and speed is an exponential factor in that equation. Truthfully I believe this new 500 calls into question the existence of the 600 single seat model. I do know it was leaked theyre getting a new cam and some other odds and ends to net them about 7.5-8 more hp. But I think they should scrap the 600/600 touring as well as the 400cc. Keep the 500 and move the 600 to the small chassis, and offer the small chassis touring model with the 600. In the big chassis bikes, offer only the 850 and 1000,but in both single seat and dual seat configuration. They would compete way better with the current offerings from other major manufacturers with this restructuring.

      @@RealTalkPowersports it would be single handedly the smartest move this constantly improving brand, or atleast trying to do - could do. The improved 600 engine in a small chassis in a single seat option would compete directly with a Kodiak 700, KQ750, Can am Outlander 570 and Polaris 570. The touring model would be direct competition to the latter's touring models in a smaller chassis. Having the 850cc and 1000cc in a single seat option would be huge for cfmoto as well since their platform for the most part is "everything included" you have to buy at minimum an outlander XTP to get a 1000 in a single seat, and the Polaris 1000 only comes in ultimate trail package, both of these bikes are rediculously expensive for the features gained, and that's where cfmoto once again could bust the market.

    Why have you never posted a video on valve adjustment? The owners manual on my 2022 cforce 600 touring clearly states to check the valve clearance at 20 hours…. And then again at 100 hours and adjust as needed. …. But I can’t find a video from you or Main Street cycle on valve adjustment. Is this because the machines you test are too new with very few hours on them? I feel like the community would love to see a video on this. … or at least your opinion.

    I love my cforce 1000 overland. Btw, I was going to ask you what's the break in period for the 1000. The dealership in MI isn't like MSC, he didn't explain much. Also it seems like low gear in it is lower than the 500's that you guys run. 5-8 mph is starting to whine. I'm guessing I don't need to run low gear as much as the smaller units.

    • @RealTalkPowersports
      @RealTalkPowersports  2 роки тому +1

      Your owners manual will give you the Manufactures suggested break in period. But just to sum it up, take it easy on it for the first 20 hours or 200 miles (which ever comes first) then change the oil and oil filter and check your air filter.
      Low gear in the 1000 is limited to about 16 or 17 mph.. the MSC Tune raises that to about 32 MPH..

I’m wanting a casual reliable more comfortable machine and it kills me to get ride of my brute but can am is so expensive for a 850 or 1000 the way I want it I want a machine that is safer for me and my wife to ride where I live I can’t ride my krx 50 inch trails only the brute is not a double riding Friendly machine I sure I hope I don’t regret this selling my beloved brute to buy a cf motto if anyone can tell me there experience with this brand it would be appreciated cause I’m going today to look at a few cf over lander 1k

    Idk man. The whole china thing bugs me. I know lots of shit is made in china but. I bought a 2020 Suzuki kingquad 750 and we love it. Zero issues with it. Just rolled over 1700 miles. I bought it because my buddy has an 08 kindquad 500 with 10,000 plus miles on it and has only ever put a starter on it. Ill have to ride a cfmoto i think. Id love a 1000 but it sounded like a single cylinder and thats alot of power for a single i think. Idk
