This packet of twelve horse archers is a welcome addition to Victrix's range of Late Romans. With the core infantry and impact cavalry already accounted for this release helps to add another dimension to your tactics with the light cavalry's ability to manoeuvre and fire on the gallop. These miniatures don’t have to be restricted to just use as Late Romans either. They can be used as Early Byzantines representing the men who fought for Belisarius against the Sassanids and the reconquest of Italy from the Goths. Nice review. Wished they included a similar leaflet with all their dark age minis. I recommend the other late roman cavalry that they make.
