Watching you from thailand🇹🇭 awsome channel !
A reaction video on the last video of Ben Pollack about the Prilepin's table for bodybuilding, would be great. A comparisson between the Prilepin's table and 1RM, as a tool for measuring progress, would be appreciated.
This was a great video! There is one question that this topic reminded me to ask about. How viable do you think a pseudo "full body" split could be? Day 1 and 3 would be upper days in the morning with hill sprints done later in the day. Day 2 would be a lower day (with upper body accessories thrown in), and rowing machines done later in the day. I'm considering a switch to this layout because it seemingly allows for a conditioning priority without sacrificing upper body goals , enables three times a week frequency for smaller muscle groups , and doesn't skimp out on the injury prevention/structural integrity benefits of lower body training.
I think that split could work. It really depends on your goals and whether you feel it's working for you. I'd say give it a try and see how you respond. If you feel it's working for you then you can stick with it.
@@LiftingExplained Thank you so much for the reply! I'll keep this in mind. It seems like having lower volume on that lower day would be key, but recovery seems manageable if so.
Beginners do pendulum squats (not replacing the back squat completely)?
Yes, beginners can add them in, but I would have at least a few months of training completed and take it slow. Start with no weight added and go from there.
I want a pendulum squat, in Italy is impossible to find this machine 😢😢
Hopefully you can find one!
