This movie shattered me. It has so many parallels to my life, I saw myself in older Jonah, longing for a love I lost in my youth in motorcycle accident. It’s been almost 16 years, I’ve never moved on from his death. Like Jonah in this video, “I’m stuck, at this level of no second chances”… Watching Jonah lose Nathan, never to see him again… It was hollowing for me, seeing him feel what I’ve felt, my love being literally ripped from my hands, I died the night he died, and I’ve self destructed like Jonah ever since. The movie was one thing, but this poem, this video…. It may sincerely be one of the most beautiful and moving, yet devastating and heart breaking, things I have ever seen and heard. You did an incredible job. Do you post your poetry anywhere else?
