I love the location, style and view. But the interior design aesthetic is weird. Crown moldings atop partial walls, shiny tile that destroys the original organic feel of wood, stone and brick, and a kitchen with absolutely hideous glossy european style cabinets completes the package of lipstick on porcine. This was a big miss.

I don’t like how he keeps saying unique. He doesn’t have the polish of Enes. He isn’t able to name the finishes, type of stone, craft details, etc. Kinda just basic.
Needs to watch Enes and learn. Would love to hear how Enes describes this home.

Don't like the kitchen
You really had a job with this one, trying to make a horribly outdated house seem like it is worth the $21 million asking price. It's easy to see why this one has been on the market for almost two years. Even funnier is that this monstrosity was once listed for $32 million. Renovation costs on this place -- including walls and doors for the bathrooms, new fireplaces, and massive landscaping -- have to be in the six-to-eight-million-dollar range. Maybe get the price down to seven figures (where it belongs) and it could qualify as a tear down.
