    Hi Tim ..I’ve been diagnosed with disc prolapse on my l4 l5-l5 s1 for past 5 yrs .I’ve worked on my core and been doin back extension ,deadlift squat etc without any problem ,as shown on your vids .The only problem I get is when I bend or deep squat to pick up something I get tingling in my toes and back pain ..is there any video for that specific purpose???many thanks Sir !
