I am a British fan of Takarazuka, and I am sad that an actress took her own life. My condolences to the family. There are clearly problems within the theatre with overtime of working and many other things I mean just watching videos of Takarazuka you have no idea how much work goes into everything that the actresses, stage, costumes, props, music and so much more the list is endless for the productions they do. These problems are clearly known though surely with the amount of productions and other little shows or work the company does and the actresses themselves do whether a top star, kumichou, vice-kumichou, nibante or sabante does throughout the years. I mean, so many shows from what I have seen on Twitter either have to be cancelled or actresses are replaced due to illness or bad conditions, especially during the lockdowns and now. It's sad that it took a woman committing suicide for the company to confront the problems they always had and realise changes needed to be made.
Finally Japanese people started paying attentions to this cult like closed door organization. They need to restructure with outside resources, educational systems, and inspections.

@Mansikkacake I'm not Japanese, but I agree that more needs to be done to prevent this from happening again.
