Quite honestly the voices aren't bad like when it comes out to Morty his voice is almost a one to one just a little bit higher but it's like with Rick it's like kind of like he's diet. what's missing from Rick's voice is the gruffness, but besides that, it's pretty spot on.

This is probably the first episode of rick and morty I didn't laugh once at. People talk about how vinducators was the worst episode? That was miles ahead of this. Nothing happened except a character episode about a joke character. Morty absent and rick was basically a side character, there weren't any interesting Sci fi concepts, just random sight gags about a party like a family guy episode, and then it cheaply leaned on predator again like a family guy episode, and a celebrity guest star, ie like a late, lazy Simpson's episode, and relied on cheap sentimentality to wrap up the episode. I always wondered what would happen when R & M lost it's edge and became mainstreamed, here it is.
The voices are alright, rick sounds better then morty. However the episode was poorly written and didnt feel like rick and morty, heck rick wasnt even the main character in his own show and morty had barley any screen time. Feels like they were trying to hide their voices by having other characters take the spot light. 6/10 so far

Yeah the voice actors are decent. But the writer strike isn’t doing them any Justice with how shitty the humor and overall tone of the episode is. It’s like we’re watching a family guy parody episode with these gags, I chuckled maybe twice, and sighed at the callbacks to previous episodes. PREVIOUS EPISODES, it’s ok if they bring back maybe one gag but to make multiple callbacks to previous episodes is just a sad excuse for “meta humor”
the "tone" of the voices is very well done... they "sound" like them.. but where is ricks drunk/crazy attitude? the dude has been INSANE pretty much every episode.. and morty acts NERVOUS all the time over everything, he seemed pretty chill this episode though (for what we got to see of him).... Obv will keep watching though, can't really judge off one episode... dudes need to smoke up an have a drink before recording future episodes fr.
Morty's not always nervous, especially in this episode, to him, nothing happened, they just asked him to say something to Rick and he did, nothing to special to be anxious. And for Rick, he's not that crazy anymore, since the end of season 4 he's acting more human

Terrible episode full of songs that didn’t make you feel anything (very unlike season 1,2 and 3) shit Hollywood borrowed jokes and the only original ones were call backs to catch phrases from season 1,2 and 3. Extremely annoying poopy voice that was overdone when they could’ve just given him less to say. Super substanceless dialogue, feels like what happened to the simpsons after season 10/ish and no one even knows which Rick is which anymore. Watchability is at an all time zero and if you still like this show I.e. you liked season 4,5,6, and 7 then you missed the point from day one.
