Can't tell you how much this means to us! Thank you, Jill! So glad you're enjoying them!😊
As a beginning gardener setting up raised beds, I knew irrigation was a top priority because watering falls to the bottom of the list when life gets busy. When I first saw GIM recommended on your website, it stood out from other irrigation systems I’ve seen. I set mine up yesterday - it was super easy and they work great. Thanks for recommending solutions like this that help new gardeners get growing!
❤ that’s so wonderful to hear! Thank you! If you have any questions at all, we’re happy to help 👨🌾
Love the GIM grids. Hoping to get a couple more this year. Blessings🌺🌺
🙂🙂🙂 Thank you! So glad you're liking them!
I want them, but my garden will be all new this year because we moved. New beds, compost, fence......everything. Can't afford them yet.
The most efficient way to water and the professional way is through a device that monitors the water moisture in the soil and turns on the irrigation system when needed. Well, it’s like duh!
Oh, Jill, the GIM are just too expensive for a fixed income. :-( Looking for something more affordable. For now, I’ll just keep on hand watering.
At least she never claimed they were affordable
I would love to have a set of these, but our water has chlorine and fluoride so I have to collect water other ways, like a rain barrel. It doesn’t look like their system will work with a barrel. 😢
Probably not but have you tried using a water filter at the spigot? I have no idea if it would remove those elements though.
Currently I am hand watering my plants, and it is working fine, for me. I learned of other methods to create gardens, but based on the amount of space I have now exploring different alternatives is not possible, and I do not think you explored many methods of creating a garden.
I saw a gardener on the internet, and I am not referring to you who did something similar to what you are doing, and her garden turned into a mess. Plants need to be watered, and what do you think will happen to plants that do not receive water?
You mentioned about a timer, and what if the timer stops working?
Hopefully other people learn how gardens are built, and do enough research before choosing a method of growing their plants.
I understand not everyone is going to want to hand water their plants. There are other methods of growing plants besides what you are showing, and frequent, or occasional hand watering.
Of course, there are other methods. I'm just showing what I choose to do in this particular space, after over 10 years of experience gardening in many different ways. We all have different spaces to work with, and it's good to see what options are out there.
Youre just infinitely skilled and hot 🙏🙏🙏
The fact that they provided the grids to you and you are an affiliate should have been said at the start, not the end of the video, loud and clear. To me this video just feels like an advert.
Jill is just showing you her experience with different types of watering. I have 2 of the grids and I love them. Even watering is important. My beds that have the grids do produce better. Are they expensive yes, but to ME they are worth it. Can I afford to do all my garden beds no. I buy one or two a year when they are on sale. I do the same with all my garden products. You do what’s good for you. Jill is just sharing her experience. Most people on UA-cam have some sort of affiliation with products. Jill, as other garden UA-camrs I watch actually use those products they recommend. Maybe it wasn’t your intention, but your reaction sounded very attacking. You have a right to your opinion but Let’s try to be kind to one another. 🌺🌺
@@lindysmallwood2039 it’s stating an opinion. Attacking would be damning of the person or claiming a conspiracy. I’m simply saying that it felt really odd to have the affiliation and freebie nature of the product mentioned at the end, could be a lot my transparent by being upfront at the start as so many other UA-camrs do.
