Are these guys for real? When I was young enough to be drunk enough to be hungover, the most I could manage was Vegemite on toast or a bowl of pasta. Too sick to even contemplate cutting and mixing stuff!

@4:40, Actually capsaicin/chili helps to combat nausea. A lot of people don’t know that. My favorite hangover food is a childhood favorite as well. I’m Mexican. My hangover food is something called “fideo.” Some make it dry, some soupy. Im a soupy girl. It’s a very simple noodle dish, though you can add various vegetables. Onions, carrots, peppers and corn are popular additions. But for hangovers I always go the simple noodle solo route and I make it with spicy tomato sauce. It really helps to settle the stomach. I don’t think the dry version would work quite as well. That spicy broth does a lot of the hard work.
Ryan and I have the same pallette. I love everything in his meal.

I like 9 times out 10 can't get drunk without extreme nausea and constant vomitting anymore(the next day for sometimes 10 hours until it stops), so I can't even eat good hang over food anymore, because I don't want food anywhere near me the next day. Like I would probably die if you showed me mayo and curry power.
So basically I get the stomach flu whenever I drink too much. It sucks. The nutrient water(think it's the same as our vitamin water and the dragonfruit one is the best) THAT I do drink when I am hungover. It's all I want, gatorade or vitamin water to keep my hydrated whilst I am dying.

If I’m not too hanging to the point where I’m puking, I’ll have korean fire noodles. Burns away your hangover!
Otherwise I’ll have Pizza Gogo (better than dominos) or some monster of a sandwich with marmite, dairylea cheese, chicken slices of ham, and whatever crisps I have

I drink my body weight in water and/or Gatorade. Solid nutrition usually gets rejected by my brain before I even eat it. Cream of mushroom soup on top of rice is the most solid thing I'll eat

My hangover meal is ice cold fruit (tangerines or grapes specifically), overly buttered pasta with cheese, salt & pepper, and an ice cold pomegranate San Pellegrino or Heinz apple & blackcurrant baby juice to wash it down with. Very strange I know but it really does the job - highly reccomend👌🏾

Rebuttal: The hashbrown definitely NEEDS to be IN the sandwich! If you want one on the side, have two, one in the sandwich and one on the side (though it will be a bit much). It adds so much texture to the sandwich and is just UGHHHHH... perfect! I WILL die on this hill!

I’m from Wolverhampton in the uk and when I’m hungover I go to. A cafe and get a massive full English breakfast which is bacon sausage egg mushrooms fried bread tinned tomatoes beans hash and black pudding or blood pudding depending on what country your from

I don’t much about how people deal with hangover abroad, but here in Kazakhstan, you either drink pickle juice that helps you to cure your hangover or go for a instant ramyun for the spice :)
