I can't this "cpld module with led display and rotary encoder" anywhere on the net?

The CPLD and resistors I bought at Mouser. Display, encoder, oscillator, transistors and pins - on ebay from various sellers. OSH Park turned my PCB design into reality. I soldered everything together.
