    0:50 I can't even do that at all. My arm won't budge from the floor... maybe just a couple of centimeters.

      Try to focus on the shoulder blade engagement if possible. You may not be able to get much mobility depending on your body type. Definitely don't push into it or force the motion.

    Will doing this imprive the range of motion? I've shoulder pain in one shoulder, which doesn't have as mush external rotation as the oher one. And in the one I have pain, the anterior delt looks bigger than in the other one wich have more external rotation and doesn't hurt.
