I've been doing Ballet Beautiful for 6 years and it's really the one workout that I never got tired of or bored of doing. Mary Helen is so beautiful and fun to watch. She inspires me to do my best.
I'm watching this after doing a Ballet Beautiful workout :) I'm a ballet dancer and I'm just so glad I found this workout. it has given me so much strength and definition, especially in my legs.
