Day 19 Barn Owls 2024

On Day 19, we focused on showing how the chicks are now able to eat whole mice, a key milestone in their growth. However, we’re a bit concerned about the smallest chick, as it’s unclear if he or she is getting enough food with the bigger ones being so quick to snatch up the meals. The older chicks are also starting to show their white feathers, growing fast as Nyx continues to bring food to the nest.
