Supertech oil Smart choice bro. 👍
This was provided by the customer, but I haven't had a problem with it. I usually use Valvoline on my own vehicles. To each their own 👍
Old saying about oil filters, put it on with one hand and you need 2 hands to tak it off, put it on with 2 hands and you need a wrench to remove it. Put it on with a wrench and you need a new engine lol
Ha. I like that adage. Noted and thanks for the input 👍

What about resetting the computer? Do you have a vide on that?
To reset the computer (ECU) on a Jeep Cherokee, follow these steps:
Disconnect the Battery:
Turn off the ignition and all accessories.
Open the hood and locate the battery.
Using a wrench, disconnect the negative terminal (black) first, then the positive terminal (red).
Wait:
Leave the battery disconnected for at least 15 minutes. This allows any residual charge to drain from the ECU and resets it.
Reconnect the Battery:
Reconnect the positive terminal (red) first, then the negative terminal (black).
Ensure the connections are secure and tight.
Start the Vehicle:
Turn on the ignition and start the vehicle.
Allow it to idle for a few minutes to let the ECU recalibrate.
Test Drive:
Take the vehicle for a short drive to ensure everything is functioning properly.

Do you need to reset the oil life or changed? Thanks
Yes.
To reset the oil light on the 2019 Jeep Cherokee you will need to turn the key to the on position, but not start the engine. Go into the menu on the center console and go to options. Find the oil option and select it, then select the reset option. Hit this and you will need to wait for about five minutes for the light to reset. This light often comes on after you have done an oil change. If you want, you can go ahead and reset it after each oil change to save yourself the hassle later.
Are all oil filters the same , which one do I get for my mine?
You will need to know what kind your car needs. There's usually a book in the filter section where you can find what kind your car requires. A Google search can help as well, or going to AutoZone, Advance Auto Parts etc, and they'll help you get the one you need.
All oil filters perform the same function. But, all at different levels, good, better, and best, depending on your choice. Every person has their own personal favorite. I personally use only Fram, or Fram High Mileage filters, and they all have served me well.
Please don’t use a fram.. Wix is by far the best imo
Does this model have a crush washer on the oil drain plug?
This one did not 👍
Is that oil any good it a cheap brand but since iu are using it can u tell me
This was provided by the customer. I've used it in the past with no problems. 👍

It’s really one of the best I’ve seen plenty of comparison videos it’s up there with mobile 1. It used to be 16 bucks for 5qts but looks like they caught on with prices it ain’t that cheap anymore.
@@lombardozarateiii6920I agree 👍
Why does this car need 6 10mm bolts removed for a splash guard. So unecessary
I agree
Why the hell is the oil filter on the bottom?? It's suppose to be on the top I have the same jeep. Is that a 2019??? I don't think it is buddy.
He literally showed you. On video. Lol. 🤣
Its also even written on the bottom flap....
I have the same Jeep. 2019, 2.4l. SimpleDIYAuto is correct.
You must have the 3.2 v6 its on top :)
The 3.2L oil filter is on top. This is a 2.4L. 2.0 and 2.4L oil filter is on bottom.
Thanks for posting! I'm going to try changing my own oil! Not now but I'm the spring.
Great! Thanks for watching!
