- When I first heard Malukah's absolutely gorgeous rendition of 'The Dragonborn Comes' a bard song from The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, I was absolutely blown away. I felt obligated to sing its praises from the top of High Hrothgar. But, since I can't sing, I did the next best thing and added a string accompaniment.
The additions I've made are merely decoration. Malukah is the real talent in this.

This utterly beautiful. Skyrim is a game that shows how games are an art form.

I'm trying not to cry. This song is THAT powerful. Amazing. I hope one day she will sing the full opening.
This song shakes the soul, every time I heard my tears sprout, we live in a changing universe, what today exists, maybe tomorrow no longer does, so we must thank God not only for our whims, but for life itself. All this makes me think every time I hear this song.

@aafarr2 There are a couple of bum notes which I didn't catch until after I'd uploaded it. The perils of playing by ear I guess.

You and her should work together to really lay a good version of this down. Both of your works combined would make an abslutely amazing song. This was good, but if you two were in the same room working together...you two would shake the pillars of Sovngarde. :D

I put this beauty on my 360's HDD (yes, inferior console gamer, blah blah) and played it while fighting Alduin.
It was fantastic.
Actually, at 1:36 it sounds fine. :P I like how it sounds. It's adorable and it counters the deepness of her voice eloquently. At least to me.

@OminousVoice Actually... I thought it worked out a bit nicely.... unless I'm not hearing what you're referring to. If there is a mistake it's not really apparent at all. Granted I haven't taken years of study on the subject, but it's just my opinion as the slightly trained ear of the daughter of a music teacher.
