Hey, I really like your videos. :) Do you have any tips on how you can spin higher on your back while doing a backspin? I don't think I can get high enough, I can only do like one spin. Do I need to work on flexibility or core strength or something completely different?
All of the above fam! Core strength to hold yourself and the flexibility to keep your legs wide but core strength first 100%
