I am glad you were honest about the fix it a shame that the factory makes it so hard to repair trucks today they want the customer to trade it in and lease another truck . They know about 5years before major repair.
I have an older model Crown that is starting to have issues going forward. I appreciate the video & and I can better explain to my boss what the issue may be.
Forgive me for mentioning this it may be meritless but is it not possible to troubleshoot the individual control boards at the output pins and jump point to point to see if the events or error codes are erased or not showing.
I will look it up when I get back to work. Don’t know that one off the top of my head , and also don’t have any 4200s at my work. I do have access to one line manuals though. Usually 100 codes are a voltage issue. Check contact’s (welded closed) or fuses to start.
Event Code 114 (This is for a 4500. I don’t see anything for SC 4200) Left brake (BRK2) short Step 1: Disconnect CA627 and power up truck. • If: Event clears or changes to 118. Then replace BRK2 coil. . If: Event does not clear. - Then connect CA627 and proceed to Step 2. Step 2: Disconnect CA630 at ACCESS 1. Check resistance between CA630-1 & CA630-16. • If: Less than 2.4 or greater than 10 ohm. Then check wiring between CA630 and CA627. • If: 2.4 to 10 ohm. - Then replace ACCESS 1.
Check if any of the buttons on the dash are stuck or any wiring going to it are pinched. That’s the only thing I ever came across that will do that. Hope this helps.
If by chance it’s the keypad . Yes otherwise probably need to replace the access. That being said. If you do, you’ll have to update the software. If you don’t have it on a laptop. You need to have a tech do it.

Good afternoon, I have the following problem, when I turn on the elevator a sign appears on the screen that says "release levers". With this sign on, the elevator works normally, but the only thing that doesn't work is the scroll from right to left. In order for the sign to disappear and for everything to work normally again, I have to disconnect one of the cables from the mini switch and reconnect it. What could be the problem. I have a video that I show when this happens to me thank you so much
Have you checked the switch itself? Based on what I’m reading, it maybe bad or wired N.C. Also by scroll are you referring to the side-shift or the arrows on the access 1
Good night, Thanks for your time. I mean side shift. I have already changed the switches and have verified that they are connected to the N.O. The side shift works fine only when the message "release levers" disappears and for this message to disappear I need (with the elevator on) connect and disconnect one wire of the switch I hope you understand each other well Thank you so much
Hmmm. I hate to admit it , but with out seeing the truck , I’m stumped.. only other thing I can think of is a shorted wire. But doesn’t explain why disconnecting the switch clears it.

I had to look up your comment on google translator. If translated correctly . Yes depending on witch one it is. Does the truck have an error code.? Hydraulic functions may be disable to prevent unintended operation that could cause an accident or injury.
First do you hear the pump run? if not that’s where to start your trouble shooting. Possibilities are blown fuse , bad switch, pump contractor. Broken or disconnected wiring ,Etc.
