Congratulations on piercing again, how brave of you, now you can wear the beautiful designs and creations you do and Thank you for sharing and your shop :)
I am coming back to beading after a foray in other techniques (Kumihimo, polymer clay, chain maille…). I just re-found this tutorial - it reminded me how great a teacher you are! Your instructions were terrific, your communication style is right on point. You are truly inspiring!
Thanks to Chloe for the design and thanks to Jill for sharing the stitch pattern for such a fun component piece. Also, thanks for providing us with the free PDF for this project.
I absolutely LOVE your hair! Your eyes just pop right out and you look so young!!! Thank you for the tutorial....I am going to order the rings to make these earrings.
Hey Jill! I love your new hair, it suits you very well, brightens your features. Lately I've been on a brick stitch around frames craze too. I love working with the links. I'm sure you already know that but just in case, those links exist in square and triangle shapes too. A bit trickier to work with but it opens new design perspectives as well... Thank you for another great video! 😘
Hi Jill, love the new look, fabulous... I just made a pair of earrings today similar to this... I used 11/0, 8/0 tohos and 3mm fire polished Czech beads with embellished edge... Going to make the pendant and a piece for a bracelet.. Thanks for the tutorial... I'd put the Swarovski gem on the inside with the the tassel hanging from the bottom...😏 Stay creative and Blessed..💎💎💎💎💎
Even though I have reinforced the loop of thread through the jump rings, I've had a couple of jump rings slip off the thread because the space in the jump ring is just large enough for the thread to slide through. I've started using a solid jump ring and threading it along with the seed beads.
Yeah it hurts less with the piercers which do not use guns because they get stuck a lot which causes a lot of pain lol good for you!!! 😊😊😊😊 such gorgeous designs♥️♥️♥️♥️
Don't know if you get to all your comments, but I was wondering with the metal rings if the inner part of the ring is squared off as well or if it's just the outer part. Love the haircut! Crazy woman for going this long without wearing earrings! Glad you found your courage 😉
Awww.. I'm so happy for you. I know exactly what that's like. Mine didn't close, but when I put earrings in (after a year) my ears would get severely irritated! I now don't take them out.. ever.
Jill, these are so pretty! I can't wait to try it. Going to go order some of the rings now. I was wondering, all those different colored threads you showed, what kind of thread is it?

I actually have done this pattern before, brick stitch in the round, but I've never added something like a tassel to the bottom! Super inspired now!

Ha! I can’t test out my earrings either, in the same boat as you. Guess I’ll have to find a piercer. 😉💜

Yes, that can happen. I often use a closed jump ring instead. Unfortunately I forgot to mention that in the video.
You could also use a wire protector
Love your hair in this video, looks beautiful on you...
I love your videos. You explain things so well. It is making the results so nice as I am a newbie. Thank you.
Your hair so nice, feats you well 👍🏼
Yeah it hurts less with the piercers which do not use guns because they get stuck a lot which causes a lot of pain lol good for you!!! 😊😊😊😊 such gorgeous designs♥️♥️♥️♥️
Love these earrings! Thank you for the tutorial! You look beautiful!
Love your hair & earrings! Great versatile earring tute. Looking forward to creating my own inspirations. TY
Love the detailed info on working the increase on the second row. I’ve struggled exactly when is the “right” time. Love your explanation!
Love your hair style....on YOU!
Great explanation 💯👍👏👏👏😍
can't wait to try this!!!!
I’m in the exact same boat. Thank you for confirming my plans to go to a “piercer”.
Your haircut adds to your perkiness, love it!! Wanted to know if you think wire guardians would work as well? Thanks for sharing. Miss your tutorials.
Love these. I’ve made lots of them and get many compliments! Thank you for sharing 💜
Thank you much for this because I couldn't find the links without the name which was so frustrating. Your the best.
So sweet! Thank you for sharing, this comes handy! ♥️
Don't know if you get to all your comments, but I was wondering with the metal rings if the inner part of the ring is squared off as well or if it's just the outer part. Love the haircut! Crazy woman for going this long without wearing earrings! Glad you found your courage 😉
The inner is squared off too!
You are just amazing xx
So pretty!! 💕
Luv your short hair!
Love your video's Thx Jill ! Where did you buy that thread wheel . Love how organized the thread is !
I've done one with a Dreamweaver design in the center. Would Love to see the design on a video.
Awww.. I'm so happy for you. I know exactly what that's like. Mine didn't close, but when I put earrings in (after a year) my ears would get severely irritated! I now don't take them out.. ever.
Try titanium posts. I had to pierce my ears twice since they closed completely. I just happen to tey titanium and they healed.
I’ve been beading around these links for years. I love to bead around just the bottom and the top of the ring fits right into the earring finding.
Oh and the crystal fireline barely shows
Jill, these are so pretty! I can't wait to try it. Going to go order some of the rings now. I was wondering, all those different colored threads you showed, what kind of thread is it?
Love these earrings. Also like your hair. What type of thread do u recommend and shou!d thread be waxed before use?
where did you get the thread organizer? looks like a handy item to have!
You can find them at Joann's and often sewing places. I got mine on Amazon. It's called a Bobbin Saver. Love them! I have 2!
#IceTrayThe Gang
Love it! Did I miss it? How did you get your working thread from the tassel back up to the top to attach the ear wire?
I don't think I showed that - I just wove through the beads to get there! Up and down through the outside row.
Jill Wiseman Thank you Jill.
I didn't have the metal circles so have been using the plastic ring from water bottles!
