LUCAS SR1 magneto spindle and auto advance for Royal Enfield

An installation example of a magnet rotor and the auto advance.
Spindle taper 5.6 degrees is all common.
ルーカスマグネトースピンドルとオートアドバンスの取り付け例。
先日ノートン用のオートアドバンスへロイヤルエンフィールドのピニオンギヤ４０Tを改造し取り付けマグネットローター仮組みし上手く行きました。
スピンドルテーパーは５．６度　良く有るドリルチャックのテーパーシャンクが５．５度なのでもしかしたらマグネトースピンドルテーパーも５．５度かもしれません。　
このルーカスママグネトーはギヤ側から回転方向反時計回り。
構造的に回転方向は磁石のNS向きで決まります。
他に回転方向は時計回りの物もあります。
このSRシリーズはRS1、SR２、SR４とあり単排気管、二排気管、四排気管用とそれぞれ用意されています。
モーターサイクル、汎用発動機、トラクター、車、ボートエンジン様々な物へ使われて来ました。
このマグネトーローターについて現在リプロダクトを考えています。
予算の関係でSR１のみになりますがローターの磁石をより強力で弱点を排除した新設計で小ロット製造をと思っています。

@@rajatdash9818 Please give me time to make a video for auto advance only. This auto advance swaps Norton commands. It has been fitted with a modified Royal Enfield pinion gear T40.
How to do it is up a bit in my other videos.
