“Grammar Nazi” learned a lot from this video. I never knew who wrote “Happy Birthday to You”. Women song writers were unusual back then. One little micro-slip. Oops,I just slipped. Using little and micro together is needlessly redundant. I can feel the ghosts of my favorite English teachers giving me disapproving looks. Your micro-slip was on “vaudeville”. You pronounced it “waudville”. It’s really a French word; English steals from every language. Since you speak so many languages, you may have noticed that the diphthong “au” is pronounced differently in English, French and German. In English, it’s “aw” as in “law”. In French it’s “o” as in “low”. In German, it’s “ow” as in “how”. It’s so nice of you to let me launch into “English teacher’s “Trivial Pursuit” every now and then. You had the correct pronunciation for English except the first letter. BUT you’re doing something most find impossible. You’re providing quality AND quantity. As long as you get your rest on the weekends, keep up the great work!!!❤🎉👏😊
