It looks like 3 generations preparing, cooking and serving here (and I love a good fish cake) I'm definitely going to try Ah Boon out in fact this Telok Bangar centre looks really good I have not been there before so I'll put this centre on my "Places to go" list and I would not have known about it if you had not done a series on the hawkers here. It is delightful to watch the making of fish cake. A unique chinese cuisine that is difficult to made as it is tedious. Luckily for Ah Boon, the younger generation is taking over the trade and keep the family business alive.
