Frank's money find

Frank finds some money stuck under a cars wheel, he tries to get it but can't. He decides to go to the café over the road to wait for the owner to move the car.
This is based on a comedy sketch by Dave Allen. This is not only what I consider to be Dave Allen's best comedy sketch, I think it's the best comedy sketch ever. First aired on Monday 15 November 1976.
