Great work, I almost got lost while following this series, parts [1 ~ 3] is for stepping up the voltage from 12V DC to 350V DC, and this part is for the inverter to convert the 350V DC to 220V AC. I was saying to myself why the input traces were so thin, then I saw the step up card which handles the big currents. You have something very nice going on this channel.
Finally I found something interesting... Most of the projects based on the EGS002 regulator are based on a bulky transformer that takes the sinusoid from 12 Volts to 220 Volts (or 110 Volts). But you get rid of that huge transformer by making the converter give its sinusoidal shape to a high DC voltage which you get by means of a small and cheap high frequency converter... I like your project. Thanks for sharing it
@@Alokumar005 It's little hard. If you oscillating it to AC, the RMS voltage will below than 240v. If you give it 310vdc in AC will about 220vac. So you have to boost it to around 340vdc. 240 vac x √2 =~340vdc.
@@Alokumar005 its not possible because 240 VAC (sine) = 1.414*240 = 339VDC at 100% rectification efficiency. which means it would require 340 VDC to make 240VAC as shown by @homemade102 . With 240VDC you will get 170VAC sine output.

@@Alokumar005 If you convert from 220V DC you will only get 155V AC. And if you rectify that you will only get 220V back to the battery.. and that is with 0% losses. In reality you will have about 200V DC, and only for a few milliseconds in the tops. If you want 240V AC from your battery, you need to use a stepup converter/transformer 230DC to 350V DC first. Then add this 350 to 240V AC bridge.

I built two of these using the "egp-3000w" pcb kit on aliexpress. rebuilt one of them twice; as they have zero fault tolerance, and their only failure mode is to explode.
when you step down the voltage to 12V with the module you will no longer have any isolation between the primary 380V DC and the secondary hence the 12V and 380VDC will share the same GND

Very great work, but I want to suggest that you make a hf inverter DC to AC side with microcontroller like atmega 8 or pic microcontroller instead of egs002 which a lot of people can't access in their country
If 12 v DC available then why use 350 to 12volt adapter circuit plz clear and no circuit diagram available in attachment of 350 to 220v board so plz attach it and how much turns in inductor coil and wire size plz update in diagram Thanks
u don’t need to use 350v to 12v module. just input 12v directly. or a 12v smps can act as a 350v to 12v module. input 350vdc into the ac side of a 12v smps and it will work fine.

Good morning sir. Please I would like your help which will be precious to me. I made a sine wave inverter with EGS002 voltage 12 DC, 16 mosfet IRF3205 transformer that exceeds 20 amps. Here is my problem with no load the circuit consumes 1.8 amps as soon as I plug in a 75 W bulb the load current increases to 10 amps. Transistors don't heat up, output voltage is always stable etc... Please where is the fault? A 75w 8 amp bulb then imagine 4 or 5 bulbs or even more a TV?
The size of the step up output transformer is a big factor and also the duty cycle of the signal driving the mosfet must be 10% with no load duty cycle should supplement the load for stable and efficient performance. 😊
Beautiful project. I need this at output of my ESP32 DIY BOOST MPPT, but I need to make AC from 90 - 400 V DC from DIY MPPT. U have constant DC, but I have variable DC which depends on solar insolation. I do not understand variable voltage feedback at EGS002.
Very nice project, GREAATTTT, really like it. you make my request completed, i will use this for converting my MSW inverter to PSW directly from output AC220 MSW :D right now im ordering from JLCPCB, will let you know if the module already finished. by the way, is there any way to have some module to boost solar panel from any input DC to 360-400VDC (stage 1 module replacement)? connect to stage 2 (like in this video) so we have complete inverter without battery? This kind of installation will be use to cover the house on sun light only, the battery is kind of expensive investment for building the solar panel system :((

There is a little difference. The IGBT requires a larger gate voltage. But in the reality. I substitute IGBT for mosfet. It's still working fine. even though the gate voltage is only 12V.
Hello.why you don’t design a complex 2stage pure sine 2000 or 4000w inverter in one board ...you designed 500w complex one board two stage in your last projects but not 2000w or 4000w pure sine in one board with 2 or 4 ferrit trance for diy in home.can you design a board for that for madden it in home .tanx

That's just 12v wall adapter(SMPS). You can buy it from your local store. SMPS actually use high voltage dc before step it down to lower voltage.
