I raised 184k and Anna Kathleen Sanford is to be thanked. I got my self my dream car 🚗 just last weekend, My journey with her started after my best friend came back from New York and saw me suffering in dept then told me about her and how to change my life through her. Anna K. Sanford is the kind of person one needs in his or her life! I got a home, a good husband, and a beautiful daughter. Note!:: this is not a promotion but me trying to make a point that no matter what happens, always have faith and keep living!!

I know that woman(Anna Kathleen Sanford)
If you grew up in new York, you’d know her too. There’s no ßingle doubt she’s the one that helped you make it to where you are now!

I hope this was a real wake up call for this woman when she got home and watched this on tv. I know from personal experience that the abuse from a narcissist happens slowly over time, and their victims get used to it and a lot of times don’t realize how horrific it has gotten because that is just their norm. But narcs are rotten from the inside out, and it may not have been their fault that they got that way, but they choose to continue to be that way when they grow up and they will never change. Every moment spent with them is a waste of your time that you will never get back. I wasted nearly 11 years with my narc before finally calling it quits for good, and he still tries to waste my time every chance he gets. The only way to stop it is to completely cut off all contact and never look back.

    Wow.
I think of people as walking around with their stuff. Some people can fit all their "stuff" in a wallet that fits nicely in their pocket and then there are people who have a huge trunk, dragging it around with their stuff falling out, the lid won't close, and they cannot keep things together. People who are hurt will hurt other people. Mark is in such deep pain. I hope he finds healing.

@@lutherpetty884 understand the groups and treatment are meant to build a network for you use as a safety net, not to fix you. Counseling can help you move past the reasons, but physically you can't cold turkey, slowly tapper off. Go to a 28 day program, your boss will have to retain your job, I know housing is a mess but if you're about to hit rock bottom anyway. They also help find housing. Meet with the case managers and staff of treatmenr facilities prior to admitting. Go with the ones that are firm with the rules, dont half azz stuff and seem to care. Those will do you the best. Without these safety nets these things build you lose everything. These sponsors or meetings or understanding deeply how alcohol affects you and why and what you can do about it, gives you more ammo to fight it. You will always be tempted but you can control it. With time your control grows and the temptation eases. First step. Seek help, don't try to do it alone. Do your research on facilities and staff. There are amazing case managers and addiction counselors and there are horrible ones. At meetings ask about recommendations. You are already ahead of most, you acknowledge it. I think you can do it.
