Why we loved camping here - Rawnsley Park Station, Flinders Ranges | Transit van | Australia vanlife

The north Flinders Ranges in South Australia really blew our minds. We spent a few days camping at Rawnsley Park Station, adjacent to Wilpena Pound, and we loved every moment of our time there

A year in the making - kitting out our Transit van, working & saving money, and finally we're on the road. Living and loving in our Sweet Vanny Adams, we're heading south from Perth, Western Australia, exploring South Australia, adventuring up through the red centre and making our way back down along the West coast. At least that's the plan for now! Along the way, we expect there will be hikes, sights, mishaps, magic, surprises and laughs, but who knows?

We fell in love with South Australia and Adelaide, we don’t know why it gets so much bad press? Also loved going to Shilow Hills campground near Ironbark to see Koalas for the first time ❤️ Hopefully coming back to Adelaide early next year… 😁
