Caught me by surprise when I started looking into it. I think around that time Dior brought in Francois Demachy to be their in house perfumer and he reformulated all their fragrances so that they could own their own juice

​@@RaffiDiranBassclef...Who'd have thought that such a short lived release would be reformulated. I find the 2013 bottle that I have to be a very relaxing wear. I bet the look of the bottle and the fact its Absolute have darkened the perceptions of many....and made it one of the lines least selling hence it being pulled. ..its a beaut

Have you got Givenchy Xeryus original? If not try looking for a sample, its really nice.

Yes, i do have the OG Xeryus, it's nice but doomed to an ill fate. Was ahead of it's time on release so it didn't get the love it deserved, then all the men's care products started ripping off parts of its scent profile. So to find it now it would be a very familiar smell to many people but not one that's treasured because it's associated with all those other products. That's my take on the OG anyway 😆
