The last step in your video with the reinstallation process in Safe Mode what file did you have used in your Flash drive? Was it the installation file (recent update) or the reinstallation file which of course you have previously downloaded from the official website? I don't believe the error code SU-101312-8 can't be solved without opening the console. I don’t think it's an issue caused by software. As many reviewer have proven it's a hardware issue. Sometimes it's just a cable. You're a the second UA-camr that showed me that it could be just a flex cable. But it could be worse. I don’t know that do to at this point. I know I should sent it back. But seller could be a scammer. Technically it's a faulty device that s bought for 423€. Well i got 10% off because of a coupon that i used. Smartphones, Laptops Computer almost everything have something that is pre-installed App/Games ... you now what I mean. Bloatware. But on my ps5 is nothing on it. What happened to Playroom? Nevermind. Damn. I really can't do nothing if I can't fix it. When I insert a Disc nothing shows up in the game library and no message that says somethings wrong. I unplugged my external ssd and guess what guys. Hey i can the the games that are stored on that device. There are all visible in the game library but of course i cannot start them because I'm forced update to the latest version which I cannot do because of the error that acures that prevents me from playing the game. I have to login into the play station network. I'm finished
