Besan Barfi Recipe | Gram Flour Sweets | Besan Ki Barfi | How To Make Besan Barfi | N'Oven
INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
½ Cup Ghee
1 Cup Gram Flour / Besan
Roast In Low Flame
Stir Continuously
Roast For 10 Min. In Low Flame
¾ Cup Powder Milk
Mix Well
Making Sugar Syrup:
1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Water
Bring It to Boil
Boil For 5 Min. In Medium Flame
½ Tspn Cardamom Powder
Cook Until One String Consistency
Add Sugar Syrup
Mix Well
Grease Oil on 5 Inch Mould
Place a Baking Paper
Pour
Spread Well
Spread Nuts
Set For 1 Hour In Room Temperature
