May I ask, which strings you use? On my SLG200NW the low strings are louder and have more sustain than the high strings. Don't know if it's due to the balancing of the slg system or the strings. Thank you very much!
Oh, thank you so much for asking! I had a same issue with my D’addario Pro Are Normal Tension, but I use BOSS GE-7 EQ pedal (or any good compressor pedal should do) to tame them. It’s possible to avoid them by plucking near the bridge, but it wasn’t practical for me so I decided to use EQ/Comp instead. ☺️
I just checked it out with a recorded track and the eq did the trick. So it should work with a pedal as well. Thanks again for the hint! The SLG is indeed excellent for practicing and much fun to play around with different electronic effects. Of course a good classical guitar is a different instrument. Just like you say regarding the overtones. Good to have both.
❤ how much joy comes from within your guitar playing

Thank you very much! That's a very good suggestion, I'll try this. And pobably low tension on the basses.

"The bass sustains way too long compared to the trebles, and the sustained sound is not pleasant." - from SLG 200 reviewer
Hi. Thank you so much for the comment. Yes, I use EQ and/or composite pedal to tame those bass down. ☺️
@@hide_takemoto thanks a lot hide, now I can recommend my guitar player to tame the very wild bass sound in slg guitar.
