I did a little research is say is not the battery is saying the engine is running like crap and to fix it it say to make sure you have the right fule eta like for a 2 stroke adding oil to the gas yeah

there are no car batteries in the game. you probably ran out of gas or something then

a few ideas:
Overheating because the coolant tank is empty/shitty quality, there may be alcohol or some other shit chemical inside of the coolant tank so make sure that's not happening.
your engine might be shit
no oil?
engine is filled with shit other than oil?
fuel tank has the wrong type of fuel, or not the right ratio of fuel.

i have that bus engine in my car should only oil be in the engine or gas and oil?

Engine needs 100% oil
Fuel tank needs 100% Diesel
Radiator needs 100% Water
Note that there can be small traces of different liquids in tanks like 97% Diesel and 3% oil but it will slightly lower performance
