@@happymaj sige gawa ako. Kung us citizen kana at nag apply ka ng dual citizenship, you need to apply new passport kase forfeited na Yung passport mo kase hindi kana Phil citizen nung holder ka ng passport. After your dual citizen oath taking that's the time you can apply for new passport

I got my report of marriage last 2021, and I heard some of the Filipino that after they got the report of marriage they need to get the marriage certificate from PSA. So i have a question , my report of marriage still good to get a marriage certificate from PSA or I just bring my report of marriage without marriage certificate from PSA to renew my passport? Please I need help. Thank you!
If you got your report of marriage last 2021 they need the psa report of marriage. But if you don't have time to get one maybe just bring the application of your report of marriage that is approve and just explained to them why you don't have the psa report of marriage. I submitted psa report of marriage when I get my passport
Biographic page of the passport , is it the first page. of the passport that has the picture and the personal info. No need to photocopy of the inside pages of the passport?

hi ros yung application form ko ay na mali ko lagay yung civil status ko imbis married yung ilagay ko na single ko po kasi balik ko pa din kasi gamitin yung maiden name ko e change status ko lang to married tas sa friday na yung appointment ko e check ba nila para ma palitan ko pa?

Yes bring all the documents that they sent you back since you don't have your psa report of marriage. No need to notarized just one copy each.

I use A4. I just write my name and complete address on the return envelope
