with stampy's lovely world coming to an end after 11 years lets take a look back at the entire storyline, every battle and everything that would shift the world in massive ways... so many childhoods were made from these youtube videos so big shoutout to @stampycat @joeycarrot
Hope you enjoy, this video took a ton of work!

lot of work went into this video i hope you guys all enjoy, figured we needed a video like this after all that the lovely world was 🧡😎
You need more recognition this video was very high quality. Good work!
thank you!
great video
I will be continuing Stampy’s lovely world as silky spider it’s going to be a good series if you want to watch it please do and inform you fans
@@SilkySpider. nobody will watch lil bro
The excitement of coming home from a long day of school and seeing a new Stampy episode could not be beat, best time of my life.
And when he built stuff like she ship, and made it move was like magic to younger me
Yeah. All the old vids are amazing
The Christmas ones hit different. The Christmas hunger games brings back insane memories…..
Stopped watching when lee left
this
Stampy is one of the purest people on the platform. He made whats pretty much a free, safe, enjoyable kid’s show that never tried to sell them anything, it never had screaming and over the top energy, it wasn’t overly annoying to any adults, and he crafted an interesting story. Even with controversies like with Lee, he gave his character a nice ending instead of demonizing or just removing him inexplicably. Hopefully another series like this comes around for the next generations of kids. ✌️
truly
Unfortunately the next generation seems to be getting skibidi toilet.
@@ItzBIULDeh whatever they want it’s fine
I don't think stampy was letting Lee off easy for Lee, but rather for the children watching. He's always wanted to keep his audience protected
@@paradisesomeday6630 That’s what I was trying to get across, that instead of calling out Lee, fanning flames and ruining the character’s image for the kids, he gave Lee (the character) a respectable conclusion and handled all personal business with Lee (the person) off camera.
honestly, i think that stampy handled the lee bear situation really well, sending him away from the series while also not leaving his audience of primarily children at the time confused on what could have been a sudden removal.
Didnt he get arrested? For sum uhh yk kid stuff 😅
@@Trxpz.c3yeah he did some fucked up stuff, stampy handled it super well
@@Trxpz.c3i don't even know if he got arrested or if there was even a trial all i know is that there some allegation which looking back on it where weird to say the least
@Trxpz.c3 yea he got arrested and plead guilty to a few things, didn't get jail but is on the register now
I looked into this the whole thing against him was made up
Ngl the story ending with Stampy losing it all but keeping his friends is the most bitter sweet ending I’ve seen in forever
i think its a metaphor for growing up tbh u lose everything but not everyone its time to move on and have a new life
Truly a masterpiece of modern story telling
not sure if you mean stampy or the video but facts and/or thank you 😂🙏🙏
Both tbh, i remember watching the lovely world series as a kid and not realising the story but coming back a decade later and this video documenting it makes me see how good the story was for a kids minecraft series on youtube
facts its insane
I wouldn’t go that far about lovely world
o
800 episodes. 800 20+ minute episodes. A masterpiece of storytelling, and a fitting end to it all.
That's like almost as much as one piece damn
If my math is right, that's more than 11 days of straight lovely world.
@sebastianoleary2743 why does that honestly sound lovely. Like if I was still a child and had that much free time, that would sound like paradise
And they say naruto is long
Best show with actual good storyline
Minecraft kids’ one piece
This ended sooner 😔
TRUUUUUEEEEE
truly, the one piece was the friends and enemies we made along the way
Better than one piece
in the latest episode when hit the target starts typing out a sign and stampy shouts how we're not in 2014 anymore it made me truly realize how incredibly long we had been following this plot
I love how Stampy is able to tell each of his dogs apart before the advent of name tags and dyable collars.
I remember him saying at some point that he didn’t actually know which dog was which he just chose a dog and name at random djbf 😭
@@uwu-ds9lxexplains the signs
@@uwu-ds9lxstampys the type of guy who would try and keep track of them all, imagine if he wrote it all down on a piece of paper which dog is in a certain spot by the end of a video 😭
In case anyone wanted to revisit these:
Squid’s last episode appearance was in 387
Sqaishey’s last episode appearance was in 393
And Longbow’s last episode appearance was in 579
i do wonder why they left, i know that he got the npc helpers (as in they aren't connected to real people) but he never fully explained why
@@thegoldenblock7906it was probably to avoid another L for Lee controversy, so it was better for him to have original characters that we had no idea who was playing them than actual people
But I am just guessing here
@@GavinsBazaar313maybe for Longbow, I’m not caught up on Stampy lore, but I do know he still seems to be very good friends with Squid and that Sqaishey has been his irl spouse for a while-
@@keysontrains538 in fact I’m pretty sure Sqaishey and Squid did play those characters. Iirc he once posted a video where he forgot to edit it, and we could clearly see Sqaishey playing as the elephant.
@@keysontrains538funnily enough Stampy and squaishy are married irl which I find adorable
We were born too late to explore the earth and too early to explore the cosmos. But we were born just in time to be raised under the wing of a Minecraft UA-camr who gave us a decade of laughs and stories.
this honestly gave me so much closure. I don't remember what year I stopped watching his videos regularly, but it was nice to get a refresher on all of his older videos. they give me so much nostalgia and it was also nice to hear all of the things that happened in the last few years that I missed. Thank you so much.
Perfect. A full recap of what was part of my childhood. I still remember all of it. Now a young adult I can look back and say that I grew up watching something special, with millions of others. Thanks stamps and thanks lando. This made my day rhat much better

The fact that this series started when I was 8 and I’m about to be 20 is insane. The commitment he had to this series is admirable
7:54 As a child I remember drawing angsty fan art of this scene. I still have the drawing actually, Stampy was actually one of the main things that got me more focused on art. I’ll forever be grateful for that
"Grandpa, can you tell me a story?"

Dude I've found myself in a Stampy rabbit hole lately and I was trying to find more quality videos about his world (Not his youtube career which is sadly what the most popular videos are about)
This is exactly what I've been looking for. Thank you.
♥️♥️🙏🙏
I started watching Stampy's Lovely World videos eversince I stumbled into the 200th episode with the Pirate ship battle, and it also got me into playing Minecraft, but what this series made me realised today, is that although I like Minecraft, I liked Minecraft because I had more fun watching others play it than playing the game myself, this decade long series will always be timeless to all viewers in the Minecraft spectrum, veteran or new, it's truly one of the greatest series ever made in Minecraft
🙏🙏🙏

"Get milk."
The best line of Hitthetarget😂
True
Fluffy didn't actually die. Stampy only thought so. A few episodes later stampy finds Fluffy sitting on the memorial.
Of all my years watching this series I never thought, "Hey, the lore in this is pretty dense" and now after just hearing about Hit's backstory, I'm thinking, "Hey, the lore in this is pretty dense."
I didn’t even realize veevadash joined them at the end until you pointed it out. Glad to know she had a change of heart at the end
Honestly this is the best recap video I’ve ever seen. Stampy raised not just me but an entire generation and the way you summarized all of it into thirty minutes actually got me tearing up remembering all of the good times. Incredible video please keep this up I love it
❤️❤️❤️❤️
I swear, I watched more Stampy than I did normal kids TV.
I’m not kidding. When I watched his final episode, I smiled to myself and said “Welp, that’s that. That was a good send off.”
Later that day after I got back from shopping, I hopped in the shower. When I was alone with my thoughts… that’s when it happened. Years and years of hearing Stampy’s voice and watching his world grow and the battles he’s fought. The way I would always get so excited to see his next episode and watched his Christmas specials RELIGIOUSLY on Christmas… all of that had finally ended… I was a kid when I first started watching back in 2012. Now it’s 2023 and I’m a young man. The whole time, Stampy has seen me through into the next great chapter of my life… the end of his Lovely World marking the beginning of my own new adventure as a man instead of a boy…
… I cried. I really did.
I literally never knew that stampy's lovely world had lore. cuz if im being honest i didnt watch much stampy as a child but its still nice to see a summarized version of the things i missed.
the lore is crazy haha
It’s like FNaF lore for me.
It wasn't complex, the lore was built and it m made sense, we still haven't fully solved fnaf lore because it's not possible to solve it, so the fnaf community had to improvise ways so the lore made sense. Stampy's lore was simple and I really loved it. @@phillusdillus353
@@phillusdillus353Nah, I’d say Stampy’s lovely world lore is FAR FAR simpler xP
@@itzrainy_outside4450nah bro stampy’s lore is the most emotional and complex thing I’ve ever seen fr fr
Those lunar friends strangely look like something
you know its crazy because in my mind when Polly and William beaver joined, it felt like it was really recent, but it was way back in the 300 episodes, when squid was still in them, and there were 500+ episodes with Polly and William,. Just makes me realize how long ago it was and how much has happened since then.
You missed some lore, crimson azofts dog was cedric and the episode cedric died crimson blamed stampy and thats when he left the world forever, also the boat battle was a 3v1 because they called the kraken which ended up being squid to help them against htt, also in the finale all of the letters before htt’s letter were by veevah dash trying to warn stampy ahead of time about hit the targets attacks, which explains why she joins him at the end of the finale.
good shouts 🤣🤣 i knew the Squid part but just didnt think it added much to the story but actually didn't realize the Veeva warning part
@@Lando-MC well i mentioned the squid part mostly because it might explain squid’s disappearance better because we know he just lives in stampys ocean now, also because in the video you mention its a 2v1, stampy and lee vs htt but then you show squid in the next frame showing it’s obviously not a 2v1 😂
@@Lando-MC but yeah, if you look at the letters theyre signed by “V.D.”
I might not be remembering this correctly, but I think we see when VeevaDash has a change of heart. I think that the HitTheTarget incident before the earliest one warned about by her was when Stampy rescued her from a lava trap. Subtle detail but I like it.
Such a great summary of SLS! I'm sure Stampy would be happy to see it!
thank you! hope he does haha
We really don't deserve Stampy. His positivity is something that can not be matched by anyone else!!!!
2 things:
1. Stampy has Eiichiro Oda trembling with how good his storytelling is
2. Can't wait for dantdm custom mod adventures: the whole story
Amazing video, but I wish you didn't skip over Stampy's helicopter crashing due to Hit the Target, and therefore giving us an episode from the helpers' perspectives. Also, the final episodes where we see squid, Sqaishey, and especially longbow could've been pointed out. Great thorough work though!
good points, thank you!
which episode was this?

What episode is this??
Stampy saving Barnaby in the last episode feels the last scene from the Cars Movie when Lightning McQueen sacrifices the Piston cup to help The King get across the finish line.
10:00 I love how you could completely retextualise this scene by saying that there's crack in the cake.
Every time I hear stampys final speech I get flooded with flashbacks and memories of when I watched him when I was younger it’s hard knowing it’s gone but we still have the memories
All these people saying stampy made their childhood. He ruined mine. When I found out you couldn't actually go to the moon in minecraft and he just edited it, can't even describe how upset I was
DUDDDEEEE me too 😭😭😭 i still loved him though
"Aether isn't real" vibes
i tried for hours 💀
lmao
I remembered most of the moments until the 20minute mark which is probably where I started drifting away from his videos. I came back a year ago to check on him, but didn’t really watch his video much. Until like a month ago which is when he said that this series is going to end. So I drew a fanart for him and luckily, I was one of the 58 people he added! My childhood dream has finally been completed ;)
Edit: Great commentary video btw
I remember watching Stampy every day after school, and always kept up with his world, the story, and the amazing character he presented. He really did raise me, and teach me important things at the time that I hadn't even realized until now. I've gone back, and watched his old videos, and I love it equally as much as I did as a little kid with a stomach ache and dad's work computer lmao. Thank you for this video, as it really told the story exactly how I remember it, without going back and watching his hours of amazing content that I no longer have time for. Amazing video, long live stampy's lovely world
"Get milk..." the best stampy line ever😂😂😂😂😂
i will definitely miss stampy's lovely world, will be a part of my childhood for sure
This was a very well out together video. This also deserves way more views. Good job!
Appreciate it
This was so well done, the end scene genuinely made me tear up
😅
I stopped watching in 2017 but seeing the final video still brought tears.
I promise you, if I wasn't about to go back and rewatch the entire series myself, this is EXACTLY what I would've been waiting to watch
When I heard that Gregory died due to Hit the Target, it made me feel a bunch of things all over again. I always loved Gregory, and hearing that, made me feel despair in my chest. I thought he died due to a skeleton, but not Hit the Target.

Stampy’s lovely world ending has literally been such a reality check for me, i remember first watching him a whole DECADE ago, when i was 8, i was totally obsessed for years but eventually stopped watching. and now i’m an adult and like, everything is so much more real. i miss watching Stampy after school, he made my childhood. 😭
thank you for this video, it was like looking back through my childhood ❤
It’s kinda amazing how Hit the Target essentially keeps doing the same thing for 10+ years, yet it still remains fresh and new everytime. One thing I loved and hate about this video, is seeing the lovely world change, and see it end. Stampy was a lot of our childhoods and it’s really sad to see it end. Thank you for making this video
It is so sad that this series has come to an end but to be honest, it needed to. Just from this video alone we can already tell how complicated it is.
It's not really complicated per say, just long.
@@toranziancentralnetwork Actually you’re probably right. It doesn’t take that much understanding however it went on forever. I think the book finally being closed on it was the right decision after how long it has been going on for.
@@joewilliams-un8vu Yeah, it was a very good story, but it's hard to judge what episodes you need to watch to catch up on it.
The consistency is weird in the way that you'll get 10 episodes of just building and minigames, then 5 episodes in a row of the Hit the Target storyline.
@@toranziancentralnetwork just like one piece... except one piece is also complicated
It was very much soap opera minded writing. Not made for complexity, more that new things needed to keep happening to a finite number of people over and over again
I don’t think we will ever get a series like this again bro was ahead of time and always posted quality content
Sb737's Awesome World is the closest thing we currently have to this
Holy shit, this gave me wild nostalgia. I'm so happy that someone decided to recap it all, this is amazing.
it's insane how much effort he put into the series just to entertain us
The commentary, editing and all are on point! I love this

Some of the saddest things in life is seeing your childhood end.
Wow, Stampy was the first UA-camr i regularly watched. I absoluty loved watching him build monigames and hang out with his friends. I cant believe the series is actually over!
After rewatching all 829 episodes a few months back..I can feel the nostalgia coming back.
So this is what it feels like to hear a story about something you lived through...
Every time Hit the Target showed up you knew shit was about to go down
Even though I was more towards a Stampy Terraria person, his Minecraft videos were also very nice to watch.
Literally tears came down from my eyes when he was doing the monologue at the end
I feel like Hitthetarget was a metaphor for adulthood for stampy fighting him of for over 10 years but ultimately failing (adulthood caught up with us)
I feel the opposite way. Stampy, at the end of the story, has moved on and looked to the future, while HitTheTarget kept holding on to the past.
We all know we’ve tried recreating Stampy’s rocket ship, hot air balloon, submarine, and pirate ship so we could use them
i had a whole world dedicated to trying to recreate those
I didn’t notice veva leaving with stampy in the finale. I find it nice
Stampy's ending speech was really sweet, I agree with it too. We basically grew up together. While I'm sad I never got to get added to the love garden or that it ended in general I am glad it happened and that we got his lovely world.

This is one of the things I love about Minecraft, his series started unscripted, then semi scripted and managed to make an 11 year story out of it
When I was a dumb kid I didn't realise that everything was super scripted, so I genuinely thought HTT was a really bad person griefing the world, and my child brain _hated_ him. Even though I figured it out as I was growing up, I still felt an instinctual rage when he was first mentioned in this video.
Not knowing it was scripted also meant I really tried to get to the moon in Minecraft, and was so confused why I couldn't haha.

Why did Lee leave Stampy that’s something I never understood◠̈
You should do the entire story of Stampy and Squid’s quest series
One fun thing about Stampy's Lovely World is that there's always a build-up to Hit The Target's upcoming Arrival.
Whether it's the vague cameos of their new vehicle or something missing for Stampy to retrieve later on.
This is awesome!! So glad there's a great video to sum up all of the lore. Stampy's Lovely World was and always will be my favorite series

As a teen turning adult soon, and having what is basically my whole childhood summed up in a half hour video is a proper tear jerker. I’m so happy that I, and millions upon millions of others, got to enjoy what stamps created with all his friends. How he made even Lee seem like a good person at the end. If I could ever meet him, not only would it literally make my inner child explode, it would make current me do the same. Just knowing that there’s someone out there who made something all of us could enjoy is amazing. And the impact! The impact he made was something we could, and should, all respect. Even mojang did, signifying this when they added part of his lovely world to one of the early tutorial worlds. Sorry, rambled there. Anyway, love you stamps and everyone else who grew up in his lovely world. 🤍🧡
My entire childhood, in one video.
The way that incredibly story and lore were hidden behind simple minecraft building is incredible to me. You never expect Hitthetarget to show up, but when he does, it's awesome.
This made me remember all those good times watching his videos. I am so thankful for both his videos that I used to watch, and you for documenting all this and making me remember how thankful I am for this. Now this, is how you earn a sub.

As a kid i never knew abt the story, but now i realise that makes a good story, where it dosent feel scripted
I personally head canon that once Hit the Target won in the final episode he went through a Megamind type arc where he ends up becoming a new stampy like figure for the lovely world, continuing it on as how stampy would have
such a lovely ending to such a lovely world, thank you stampy.
thank you lando for putting together this video

Thanks for the recap, I wasn't about to go and watch through hundreds of hours of Stampy, as much as I would like to.
Most would say that in the end, Hit the Target won. I don't think he did, though. He's got nobody to share it with, not even Veeva Dash, and none of the memories with it.
All he has is a ghost town, and all he's become is a rival without anyone to have a rivalry with. Antagonizing Stampy is kinda what gave him purpose, and without it, he's nothing.
Now, it's Hit the Target's *lonely* world.
singlehandedly the most poetic stampy-lore ending description i've ever read
i love this so much
I would occasionally watch Stampy when I was younger, but I was never a big super fan of him. Seeing this video, however, makes me appreciate how much joy and nostalgia he’s put into so many people throughout the years. Hearing his speech at the end genuinely made me want to cry. The ending was beautiful. Thank you Stampy, for creating some of the most purist Minecraft nostalgia for several people. 💛
