Yes there's a bus with duo pax cabin. Search for Hanoi Sapa Love Cabin.
Personally, I'll recommend booking individual cabins side by side like I did.

Yes it did. Roughly about 5 plus hours from Sapa.
I think when you book your ticket you can select Sapa to Airport.
