I'm a natural homebody, and I definitely agree. Even if we don't go out much and just stay home, we're still people who can feel tired or burnt out. So rest is a very important thing and the best way to rest (for me) is just sit there, do nothing. Sometimes, it may seem like we're sitting and doing nothing but, we usually reflect upon our lives, or days in that time. And sometimes when we're just staring at something, we find joy or peace in it. It won't take someone long to understand that rest does mean doing nothing and that's not being lazy

I love how you use washi like how manga artists used to use screentone to fill space with a print back when manga was still mostly drawn by hand- you were the first person I saw do this & I had never even thought about using washi this way.
"Rest" is such a good theme to discuss. I realised recently that I have a bad habit of always doing what is important for other people before I do anything for myself. It's getting pretty bad these days because I will really waste time just waiting to do something for others, and not even using that time to do something I need to do for myself. It's very emotionally exhausting, and I'm trying to figure out how to fix it to better habits currently.
I think the most important thing for rest for me is time to be by myself. Then doing what I want to do by myself. Sometimes I knit, sometimes I bake, sometimes I organise things neatly (untidy spaces really bother me) but mostly I catch up on the UA-cam channels I follow. I like to watch content that is either restful or inspiring or both- like your channel💕🌻🌷💕 Art journaling is now something helping me to rest too.

I also deeply understand your feelings. Sometimes we listen more to others than to ourselves. It's like a habit, and sometimes it doesn't go my way. But if it repeats, at some point we get tired.
I once had the same concerns as yours. I made a list of factors that put me under pressure. It was mostly because 'I didn't have time for myself'. I'm still trying to prioritize what I want to do the most. It's pretty difficult for me, however after having just one day of the weekend for myself, I feel very satisfied. Rosa, I hope you are always happy. thank you💞

A lot of people just do bullet jounaling (weekly spreads etc. ) But you do more like a little bit of everything no matter how random it seems. And this is what I do, so I beginn to really enjoy your channel. Even though I can not paint and that's why the making process is not really relatable for me but I love the results on your pages. Looks like my diary besides I only use a bunch of stickers. 😄 Thank you for sharing. 😊

햇살과 음악, 따끈한 차, 포근한 침대와 우리 쮸코들이 다 합쳐지면 너무너무 슬펐던 하루도 금세 회복될것 같아요. 아라님의 행복은 이제보니 시각 촉각 후각 미각 청각까지 무엇 하나 빠짐없이 알차게 누릴 수 있는 그야말로 ‘행복한 감각 모음집’이라는 생각이 들어 또 남몰래 웃고있답니다😉
아침잠이 많은 저는 일찍 일어나야 하는 날에는 일어나야 하는 시간보다 부러 알람을 더 이른 시간에 맞추곤 해요. 그리고 잠이 덜 깬 상태에서 알람이 다시 울릴때까지 누워서 밍기적거리는 시간을 즐기곤 하는데 아마 이게 저의 가장 소소한 행복인것 같아요ㅎㅎ. 특히 날이 추워진 요즘은 더더욱요.
해가 떠있는 시간이 현저히 줄어드는 계절이라 식물들이 괜찮을까 약간 걱정이에요☹️. 부디 건강하게 올 겨울을 보내고 새 봄을 맞으면 좋겠습니다. 얘들아 힘내!!
