"Is Core AFK?" that phrase won the game. Beasty was incredibly good at diplomacy this game. With such a start he crawled back while playing dead and then with perfect timings vs every other wonder. Just WOW!

Watched this live on twitch. Anybody would have died immediatly after that early game. But Beasty is from another planet

watching beasty wall 20 villagers into a corner was the highlight for me
One of the best FFAs on the channel. Beasty for sure won the diplo game, making Vald think he is attacking alone and caused him to breakdown building his wonder (the game was over this moment as none would help Vald win killing Beasty). If they'd split (Core over the river, Corvinus the crossing and Vald from east) it would be much harder to defend, but you gotta diplo to make it happen.
I died when Vald admitted he didn't see the Cores wonder :D I though he had some mental issues with Beasty being alive 🤣

I won my first nomad FFA post DLC by re-locating when I realized I was between 4 players. Used to just mald about spawn locations, but Beasty has taught me how to git gud.

Byzantines might be the best FFA civ, you get NOB and huihui pao and broken cavalry that's popcap efficient and you get free gold units from olives

was thinking how come there isnt any flying units in this game? doesnt have to be offensive just like troops or resource carrier would be really cool, just airdrop an army on someone but if it gets shot down like a boat carrier in the water you lose everything in it. would be really cool

How's everyone playing the Civs early? Thought it released tuesday?
Pros and content creators got earlier access to showmatch the civs for us "moggles" and preping utube content such as guides and tooltips if i may call it that way
Content creators always get early access to games for marketing purposes.
Byzantine Ram flames with Nest of Bees mass behind and like 5 springalds would be an unbeatable comination.. If Byzantines have bombards that would be too much.
