    Does it automatically turn to warm after the amount of hours set?

      Hi Patricia, yes it does when you’re using the “Program” function like I did in the video. I believe it stays on “Warm” mode for 14 hours then shuts off, but I personally haven’t used it on warm that long. If you select “Manual” mode and select either high or low temperature setting it doesn’t automatically switch to “Warm” because you haven’t programmed a length of time after which it is to kick out of cooking mode and go to warm mode. I hope that makes sense. 😃

    If you don't need to use the probe, is it OK to keep it out when cooking and have the probe hole open??

      Hi Karlene, I don’t know if it’s the “right” way but I never have the probe in the slow cooker when I’m cooking and it turns out well. So you don’t need to have it in there. Hope that helps.
