The Nice and Nasty Gaming Podcast (with video) - Episode 18 - Gary Penn

This episode I'm joined by games writer, journalist, games developer and utter legend and all round top bloke of the classic video games era, Mr Gary Penn.
Gary started out as a staff writer / editor of Zzap magazine and wrote for other magazines including The Games Machine before moving into games development.
As always Gary reveals the 3 games he'd take to the desert island and 3 games he believes should never have existed.

Great stuff and reminded me of one of my favourite Gary Penn quotes back in the day - “It’s hard to view the Dreamcast as anything other than a kind of Milky Way, a snack to be quickly consumed between PlayStations” - harsh, but history shows he was on the money and sadly Sega had already lost to Sony and never recovered 😊
