Suga had this little incident with a personal mobility scooter on a sidewalk after having a few drinks with dinner. So the police persecuting over it because he's a celebrity. But it's okay for the police department to break the law by allowing the media to show up at the police station and film Suga and question him which is against suga personal rights and freedom as a South Korean citizen.
