Everything about this is downright insane! Imagine if Activision saw this and just decided to make this into a DLC. I also love the Cinamaroll plushies, my sister loves that stuff.
Short fuse TNT, icy steel crates, carefully placed pow boxes, nitro galore (but not too much), playing "behind" the camera using reflections, branches everywhere, backtracking, timed crates... my guy, you're evil. I like it. I felt that after Snow No, missing one box
I hope you make more of these type of videos in the future! I love your mods showcases, but seeing them in action in real hardware, and with the live experience, is even better! The sound of the buttons being pressed adds to the aesthetic :D
this video is very comfy to watch, love the ambiance of your room very cool demonstration as well! would love to play your crash 2 mods in real hardware (or a ps2) sometime
The way you play these games is pretty much perfect, it's crazy, it looks like a TAS. And of course, your work is absolutely insane with the mods, technically speaking i don't know much but it's unreal to me how much you can mess with PS1 games.
This is amazing!!! …. As well as those adorable plushie stuffed toys… Love seeing that the mods are playable on a console. Wasn’t sure if they would actually work!! This is awesome!! Also, you make these levels look so easy to complete!! 😀🤩
I don't know how you did it, but cause of the light of he recording i really feel like im there, more than with any 4K ahaha I can't stop noticing me im looking at the tv ignoring the surrounding, and forgetting im watching a video on yt
Love plushies and the setup overall. I hope this modpack sees the light of day. Unless it's already been released. Then I'm sorry for bothering about it. I feel the nostoglia of using a plasma with an og ps1, and playing these however. Would be nice to be able to get that first time rush again. Along with many other games.
This Crash Bandicoot mod is great. Is like recreating a new level from scratch. The one thing I want to know is how do you end up recreating the levels and put it on a disc. Other than that, it looks great.
OH MY GOD!!! A NEWER BUILD OF THE MODPACK!!! WASTED AWAY LOOKS SO DAMN GOOD NOW THAT IT LOOKS MORE FINISHED UP!! IM READY FOR THIS PACK BABY!! 🫶 Thank you for the showcase Airumu!!
I have a 50k PAL console, and with that, I set all PS1 discs' licenses to PAL in order to launch them because otherwise it won't boot to the game and freezes at the PS logo. I would assume this worked the same way in other regions before 75k. PS1VModeNeg still works like intended.
@@Komakaji I know it's available on his channel for download, just look for his video showing the demo of the mod. Already playing on PS2, I do not know.
The reason why we chose the PAL version of the game is because of mechanical reasons. Not only does it have the buffed belly flop like the NTSC-J version, but also the movement is overall faster than the NTSC versions (specially with the speedrun technique of Neutral Slide Spinning)
@@Runpei_ Crash 3's best version is NTSC-U because Naughty Dog managed to balance out the game speed between the PAL and NTSC versions (they also managed this feat with the first game as well, so this is more like a fluke with Crash 2 more than anything [Also there are more reasons why NTSC-U is used, but i currently don't wanna get deeper unless asked to]), and since PAL is usually the one with the slower refresh rate the NTSC versions are the best one to use for speedruns due to the higher refresh rate, and thus more framerates which means faster gameplay and more responsive controls. The case with Crash 2 is that it just so happens that the PAL version's overall movement is so fast (due to the aforementioned oversight) that the slow refresh rate doesn't matter all that much when speedrunning or doing tricks, and since this modpack is generally designed for advanced players (think of it like japanese Mario 2 / Lost Levels), the version used for speedrunning is the one we chose for the project, which again is the PAL version.
Love all those stuffed toys around the TV! They're adorable.
I can't tell how much I like Cinnamoroll but yeah!
Everything about this is downright insane! Imagine if Activision saw this and just decided to make this into a DLC.

This is hella cool, seeing your mods on an actual console like that.
holy shit Airumu TV reveal
😆 ❤️
With my girlfriend loving Cinamaroll and my love of the Crash games, this channel is like jf the two of us fused and it’s a beautiful sight

Seeing it played on real hardware is always so impressive! A question: have you uploaded the Sewer Speedway remix somewhere on the channel?
No I haven't uploaded any of them, but I'll upload at some point!

awesome work man you are really good. is it available for download?
Yes
@@NormanTheFox nice! where can it be downloaded ? how can i play it on my pal modded ps2 ?

Already playing on PS2, I do not know.
Countering TJ is easy. Just bring up the 'banana incident.' I know all his lore and that one will hit hard.
This is cool but why mod the PAL version to begin with? Is it easier to mod or something?
