I loved that she lived here since 2010 and lets other people stay there when she isn't. proves its a home, not just an expensive house.

Jakaila I agree. So many people with the financial means to have a nice expensive home have them decorated tastefully, but the home doesn't have an inviting feel to them. The fact that she makes the point that she lets family and friends stay there even when she's away proves she wants her guests to feel welcome and make yourself at home. A real home is to be used and not just a showplace to say look at what I have.

@@k.holland7011 yet she has redone her pool 3 times?? and still planning to change it...so the question is, whats wrong with that pool? seems to me like she wants a showplace cause lets be honest changing the pool design where she lives more than 3 times ain't gonna be cheap and she could have used that money for something else like renovation for her family's place so that they don't actually have to ask her to stay at her house when she's away...but that's what i would do so don't mind me, just expressing some common sense thought to people

I love that she has this "tough" persona but is also so big on family ,meditation , wellness etc. I honestly expected her to wing this tour haha but it was very thoughtful and intentional. I loveee this home. So homely and classic. Beautiful !

How is that funny? Her delivery was absolutely deadpan to the point of having zero way of telling whether she was joking or not; and the joke itself wasn't funny at all. I'd argue that it came off as standoffish, and arrogant rather than humorous.

the most interesting thing in the house for me was the stacks of books absolutely everywhere. I couldn't take my eyes off of them!
This shows how much her friends means to her and how much her friends love her. Many of the gifts are so thoughtful.
I work for a granite company and the countertop she has in her kitchen alone is worth over 15k I love that natural stone it’s soo beautiful

I remember seeing Moby on MTV Cribs years ago and he made a point of showing off his bookshelf, because he said no one else on the show ever seemed to have books. Not a huge fan of Moby but he was right - once in a while you see a bunch of Chanel coffee table books, but most of the time these houses have 10x more shoes than books.
Her literary yearnings lean heavily towards coffee table books and a collection of vapid non-fiction published in the last five years.

I LOVE her so much, I just can't help smiling watching her. Big mouth, thick skin, huge heart, dog lover, independent, no kids (!), works hard, drinks harder and now I find out she is also a bookworm. She would probably hate me for saying this but she is one of my biggest role models in life.

this is honestly one of the nicest houses I've seen on this show. It's modern and comfortable. Curious to know about how much this house is worth after all the renovations she made. It's a really nice place.

The size of the lot and the location I think have the most to do with the price, rich people don't think anything of knocking down a nice house just to build one they like better if the location is good, tiger woods ex wife bought a 10 million dollar house, then knocked it down and built one she liked better.
