I haven't heard an official explanation of the lyrics so I could be way off, but to me it's like the chorus is the hypnotist trying to influence someone he hypnotized (make your dreams come true, don't look back I will to that for you, etc) and the verses are in the perspective of the person who's hypnotized and what they see/feel while under hypnosis (the first verse is translated (by a translating app) "Light, light, tonight with you; Graceful light, hidden veil; swaying eyes overlapping each other; distorting what I see").
You don't need to worry about copyright problems with Nemophila. They're an independent band in Japan and are represented bei JPU records outside of Japan. JPU records doesn't do copyright blocks/strikes (see Band-Maid, Lovebites, etc) and Nemophila themselves said (I think it was Saki) that they are happy when people react to their music, as long as it's not directly from their livestream concerts people had to pay for.
The cultural feel is Arabian. Haraguchi-san composed the music, inspired by Aladin, which is her favorite Disney movie. Hazuki wrote the lyrics. I love that Haraguchi-san sings the last part with Mayu!

I would love for Nemophila to do a world tour but with Murata Tamu just having her second kid not too long ago I see them sticking to Japan for awhile. They do know they have a large international presence so that won't be what holds them back when they decide to go international.

Yep written by the bass player with lyrics by GT Hazuki loosely based on the Disney film Aladin with a drum solo by Tamu this time, they will always surprise all the album tracks are on YT now

Welcome back to NEMOPHILA's reaction. Hipgnosis is said to have been inspired by the poster that the base Haraguchisan put on the house. It was a song with a slightly different taste, but I like it very much. Check out the album revive if you like.
This song more In to Arabian style or middle east element, most people think it is from indian style. If you want to hear indian metal style, check out indian metal band, Bloodywood. Happy New Year.

As I understand it, this song's style comes from Haraguchi's love of Disney's Alladin. Half-jokingly then I'd say it has more of a Disney influence than Arabian or Indian. This is coming from a floppy cloth hat, so take it with a block of salt. Disney musicals are hardly pure cultural sources of art or music though.

Not my favorite song by them. I love the basic music but do not care for the arabian/indian overlay. I still love them! I wish I loved this song as I am in love with Haraguchi-san. Thank you for reacting to this video.
