Murata Tamu is master of double kicks and a serious powerhouse in drumming. She is the Japanese drums goddess worthy to be placed alongside the legendary Miki Mittan Tsunoda of SHOW-YA.

I think you'll like anything they do. For a different, but still rockin' sound, try "Monsters." For shear heaviness, try "Revive" or "Raitei." For a ballad-y song, try "Life." My favorite of theirs is "Oiran" (UA-cam version or live version, both are good). And of course, they do outstanding covers.
Thanks for giving Nemophila some attention and exposure! Their abilities as a band and their popularity seem to have soared since you did this video. Hope you'll get yourself to a show on their North American tour Spring '23!
Man there all like this frikin superb .look up the Revive album and look for the tracks on there YT you will love them all .Masters of the 7 string and that low B string to bring out that low chug riff .Tamu takes centre stage on this with some supper drumming listen back and focus on her . more please
There's lots to like about this band. Firstly and rather obviously they are probably the most attractive band in the universe but have you noticed yet that they all sing?. Demons Eye must be the next song of theirs but don't forget that they also churn out cover after cover and they get an awesome number of views I think the last one hit almost 100,000 views in 2 days. And they are doing almost one a week at this point. The last three have been probably the most popular and I like the idea of great bands keeping great music alive because it's too good to be lost I hope more bands (good bands) do it. Love ❤ your reaction as usual and I look forward to seeing more NEMOPHILA and BAND-MAID. You might like to check out Brats as well. Not really heavy but punky and fun. Australia 🇦🇺 is watching.
This band is the first band that has the musicianship of Band maid ........but they are so F...king COOL. Tamu drums are amazing and the vocals are spot on. Then the RIFF,,,,,,OMG. KILLER !!!!!
Nemophila is a complex group. They're all-star musicians in their own rights, not just metal. The drummer plays just about every instrument as well as jazz sax. She even a drum professor at a school in Japan (even though she looks 19 lol). They even do a Journey cover! Anyway, you can really get into a Band-Maid like rabbit hole was you start seeing the variety of talent. Shows Tamu's versatility.
yeah, I love this song. I'm just starting my Nemophila journey as well. They're PACKED with talent in the band. Those riffs weren't just chunky, they THICCCCCC BOI. lol But it was the fat ass drums and bass that were driving the song, imo.
