Yeah man I don't care for them either. Luckily I have a prepper to get them ready. I'm to old to be leaning over fingering wheels. And I used a black sealer for black paint 😉😂💪🏼 Thanks for chiming in 🙏🏼
can i give some advice from the clear running inside spokes.. start with clear first on the inside spokes. the top wil get hit anyways. and wenn you got full coverage on all of the insides. then hit it with the final top coverage. this way everything is nice and sticky. and no overspray. no runs... i also use a stand holder the hang them upside down. so wenn in trouble you can prevent it there and then PEACE!!!!

Hellooo Mr Trigger I hope your weekend is going well🤞👌I've never done any wheels before but I have watched a lot of videos like this but never seen one that goes into all this detail especially about the reducer you used in the sealer and basecoat and the different way you applied the paint, everything you did with the clearcoat by using extra fast hardener plus adding rocket all helps to reduce runs all of this made this video by far the best one I've seen on here👏👌 Maybe you can help me on a question about using rocket Trig, does it actually speed up the flash times when using it in clearcoat, I'm having some issues with a different VHS clear I'm testing, it's fairly slow flashing off with up to 15mins before it's ready for the next coat so I added 3% rocket to the hardener as mentioned in the TDS but it didn't flash off any different but I did find the cure time was quicker, both the clear and the rocket are the same brand, any help will be appreciated🤗🥰🤭 Ok I better stop as I'm rambling again🤣thanks Trigger🙏👍John UK
@@JohnWD40TC02 yes John the rocket will definitely speed up flash times, I only add about 3 drops to clear, I suppose you could always add more in slow increments of course until you reach your desired flash time.
