My most favourite and memorable games are the ones when I win from a completely losing position

А Вам мешало то, что соперник "в клеточку"? Я серьёзно, можно ли от такого необычного образа абстрагироваться или это давит? Спасибо за интересный ролик:)
Видимо, помешало, раз первую партию проиграла 😅 А если серьезно, когда начинается партия, обычно забываешь про то, кто сидит напротив.

Возможно мой совет станет вам пригоден.
Учитывая особенности статичности, напряжённости мышц шеи, глаз, а также стрессов при длительной игре в шахматы не мудрено, что после напряжённой игры может сильно разболеться голова. Поэтому делайте массажи(самомассажи), гимнастику для шейного отдела позвоночника. Этим вы будете снимать напряжение мышц и соответственно восстанавливать кровообращения мозга головы.Также надо делать гимнастику для глаз.
