I don't have ADHD, but I do have days where I'm normal then some where I feel differently, can't really explain it though😂 Anyways Mr. Jack, you'll get through it. It's okay😇

And I think all of us have days where we fluctuate. The normal rhythm of biological creatures is a wave. Ups & downs. No one is consistently the same every day. Or, if they are, then THAT'S a problem.
