I thought this episode was amazing. Brilliantly acted all around. So now you wonder, did he really want her to love him and he was just trying to win her like he's seen on every rom-com ever -- the grand gesture to win the woman that rejected you but will inevitably fall in love with you because you were a perfect match all along? (I know what love is -- I do watch television.") And which is the truth? Kilgrave's version or the parents'? Or is it, like he said, somewhere in between?
Daffy that is this all about they don't reveal the whole truth.it's always mix of both. The show actually show us how we as a human complex. I don't wanna spoil the reactors but your questions about killgrave loving Jessica will be answered in episode13
That makes no sense, since he didn't know until she kept hold of his arm. If you pay attention, he's _already_ "obsessed" with her, _before_ she takes him hostage.
i think that pretty much clears up any lingering questions as to whether kilgrave could ever be rehabilitated. even for him that was cold blooded. that plan certainly blew up in their faces...not as badly as it did simpsons but still...
Well, his mother did try to kill him after, from his perspective, torturing him as a child and forcing this power on him. He had just apologized for hurting her, too, and seemed to want her approval for saving those children. So, if we take that as his perspective, this was the ultimate betrayal. But, yeah, any small chance at redemption was thoroughly destroyed here.
Trisha reacted on impulse she tried to save that man by murdering kilgrave I don't think Jess would've been able to save kilgrave's father if he hadn't been distracted by the gunshots Sure she ended up messing everything up but Jess left both doors open so he could still command everyone it would just take longer for his pheromones to affect them If she hadn't missed the show would've been a lot shorter
Side note David Tennant AKA kilgrave has new movie coming out called bad Samaritan. He plays a psychopath in this one too. Just thought I'd put it on your radar
This is a bit of an odd one, as throughout the whole episode you have the fact that there's still four more episodes in the back of your mind, so obviously Kilgrave is going to get out somehow. But that ending is definitely worth it.
There's a Sin Bin next to the Bargain Bin at Barnes & Noble. It's mostly full of magazines with pages stuck together. Anyway, an intense episode & great reaction, guys!
You could just go after this to season 2 no connections to other shows, but I do recommend Daredevil you don't know what your missing the best villain, killgrave is second
not sure we will get into Daredevil just because we watch a bunch of season 2 to get caught up with Punisher. But we aren't locked into anything after JJ yet so we will see.
I mean they kind of messed up being able to watch them in order so they could but Daredevil is so much better and the one that started it all. I hope they do Daredevil next. And then Luke Cage
